MILWAUKEE | Today, November 11, 2013, Veterans Day, Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, announced the addition of 2 more neighborhood planning areas. They are: Grandview/Walnut Hill - Area 11 Sherman Park - Area 5 On July 18, 2013, Brewer's Hill neighborhood was the 8th neighborhood selected for MPA LLC DEMO model for Urban Population Health Care in the city of Milwaukee. The total of 10 neighborhood planning areas are selected for the June 1, 2013 March 31, 2014 demonstration that is census tract blueprinting and BUY-IN of the People.

The target population of Milwaukeeans are in a densely populated area made of 10 contiguous areas - Amani, Brewers' Hill, Grandview/Walnut Hill, Halyard, Harambee, Hillside, Midtown, Riverwest, Sherman Park, WAICO/YMCA), over 66,000 residential and commercial beneficiaries in Milwaukee. It takes a look at: MPA LLC Milwaukee Health Care Caucus ACO awareness born frees millennial businesses and employment case learning chronic conditions cost-containment doctors-nurses-specialists and health care practitioners financial engineering - monetization of neighborhood apps health locations - hospitals-clinics-home care insurance companies and practices research schools - public and private

pharmaceutical organizations and insurance payers private and public population health care and wellness practices of health care providers seniors boomers, silent gen and greatest gen suppliers veterans ======

"We are excited about the addition of Sherman Park and Grandview/Walnut Hill (Lisbon area) to round-out an Urban Health DEMO population of over 66,000 folk that are of the over half-million population of the city of Milwaukee. Our channel development for upward mobility is bound by 60th Street on the W; Holton on the East; Locust Street on the North and State Street on the South.
