Guests are requested to present valid photo identification. It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid proof of identification, including children and infants. For all international flights, the only acceptable proof of identification would be a valid passport. However, for travel to and from Nepal the following identification(other than the passport) would be accepted: Voter's ID card issued by the Government of India /Government ID card (for Government Officials) for Adults Birth Certificate/School ID for Children Birth Certificate for Infants (children below 2 years/24 months as on the date of travel) The above is applicable for Indian citizens traveling to and from Nepal. Please ensure that you check the passport/visa requirements and restrictions ap for citizens belonging to countries other than India. All Foreign Nationals/Non-Indian Nationals/NRI need to carry their Passport with valid documents for their travel to Port Blair(Andaman and Nicobar Island).All NRI must have PIO or Passport with valid documents. SpiceJet will not be liable in any way for delays/ cancellations/ diversions whether due to bad weather, government regulation or for instances beyond SpiceJet's control. Further, SpiceJet operates on a point-to-point basis and will also not be responsible for the consequence of delays including onward on a connecting mode of conveyance. SpiceJet will not and does not provide hotel accommodation / meals / transportation in case of delays/ cancellations for any reason whatsoever. All new taxes/charges levied by the Government of India or any statutory body subsequent to the date of booking and applicable on the date of travel s charged and payable separately. SpiceJet requests that at the point of reservation the Guest provides the airline or its Authorized Agent with a contact number (valid mobile number) city in the Guests itinerary including the applicable country and area codes. This will ensure that all information pertaining to your flight will be sent to yo SMS/Call. Itinerary printouts with the name of the Guest will be checked at the time of entering the terminal and at the check-in counter. Guests who do not have are requested to collect the printouts from the SpiceJet office located outside the departure terminal. A charge of INR 100/- will be levied for each prin Itinerary / Ticket from any of the SpiceJet Ticketing Counters / Offices across India (charges not applicable for fresh bookings).This fee is applicable o requests for a print of an existing itinerary / ticket, already paid for. Certain fares have conditions which limit or exclude the Guests' right to change or cancel reservations. Bookings made with credit cards which are issued at a country other than the destination or origin country are subject to physical verification at the air during check-in. Name changes on a confirmed booking are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that the name given at the time of booking matches the name as mentione traveling Guest's valid photo ID. Changes to flights can be made up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. With effect from 06th September 2013, for all domestic sectors to your booking will attract a flight change fee of 1500 INR per person, per one way and per change. For International Travel changes to flights made up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time with the payment of a change fee of 1850 INR or equivalent local currency of the departure c per person, per one way and per change. If the same fare is not available at the time of change, the difference in fares will also be applied in addition to change fee plus changes to any applicable fees. All fees are subject to change without notice. Cancellations to bookings may be made up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled departure time. With effect from 06th September 2013, for all do sectors cancellation to a booking will attract a fee of 1500 INR per person, per one way. The Credit Shell can only be used by calling SpiceJets Guest Sales & Reservations department at 9871803333. The booking reference n umber /PNR n needs to be quoted when utilizing the amount now available as credit with SpiceJet . For connection with International Connecting Flights the check in starts 04 hours prior to the and closes 60 min prior to departure time. Free baggage allowance on SpiceJet is as follows: Hand Baggage: One piece of cabin baggage (which includes duty free shopping bags/items purchased during the course of travel) of maximum weigh kgs (maximum 115 cm in overall dimensions (L+W+H) is permitted per Guest. No cabin baggage is allowed on flights originating from Jammu and S airports. Check-in Baggage: SpiceJet allows a free checked baggage allowance of 20 kgs per guest for all bookings made until 08th September 2013. With effe 09th September 2013, the free checked baggage allowance of 15kgs per guest will be applicable for all domestic bookings, from EX-IXJ and SXR free in baggage allowance is 22kgs per guest per flight. Expectant mothers may travel up to and including 27th week of pregnancy. Fit to fly certificate from a medical practitioner will be required in case an expectant mother is flying with SpiceJet during 28 to 35 weeks of pregnancy. Expectant mothers who have completed 36 weeks and above are not allo travel with SpiceJet. Guests requiring wheelchair assistance, stretcher, Guests traveling with infants and Unaccompanied Minors need to be booked in advance since the inv for these special service requests are limited per flight.
