2013-2014 CPS College Scholarship Guide We are pleased to provide the 2013-2014 CPS College Scholarship Guide to you. This resource is designed to assist you with your scholarship search. Our list is compiled of information that various CPS-affiliated providers distribute, and many of the scholarships that past CPS students have won. Please take note of the following suggestions to make best use of this guide: This is not a complete list of all scholarships available, and we encourage you to search on your own online, check out books at the library, and/or talk to your counselor to get additional information on scholarships that may be a good fit for you. As scholarship deadlines, requirements and eligibility are subject to change from year to year. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5-7 years of experience in as an HR Generalist with strong, hands-on payroll and benefits experience. Experience in manufacturing operations a plus. Previous hands-on experience with payroll systems like ADP, timekeeping systems like Kronos and hands on experience with HRIS systems data integrity and reporting. Experience in the conversion of payroll and/or HRIS systems and in driving process improvements in these key processes is a plus. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related degree. Experience in other HR Generalist activities related to recruiting, on-boarding, discipline/corrective action, policy administration, safety, positive employee relations is required.
