Your offer of admission and the information contained in this letter of offer remains valid only for the academic intake
stated above. The University reserves the right to update the schedule of fees based on changes to the consumer price
index and teaching costs. Changes will generally not exceed 3-5% per year. Extensive advance notice will be given
before larger changes are introduced

Your 1.5 years Master of International Business candidature includes and requires successful completion of the Graduate
Certificate of Business, which consists of four units of study to be completed with Sydney Institute of Business &
Technology (SIBT) at Macquarie University. You must achieve a Pass (P) grade or better in all four units to progress to
the standard component of the Master of International Business.

To accept this offer and confirm your place at Macquarie University, please follow the steps on Page 3 of this letter and
return the Acceptance of the Offer (page 4).

To accept your offer for the Semester 1 2007 intake, you must forward the signed Acceptance
Form and payment by no later than 12 December 2006.

If you wish to defer your offer to the next available intake, please notify Macquarie International in writing by 12
December 2006 or earlier (see Page 4 for instructions). If you defer your acceptance and commence at a later date than
the one stated in this letter, you will be expected to pay the tuition and OSHC fees at the rate applicable at the time you
commence your studies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The costs quoted for the current intake referred to on page 1 and course descriptions printed in this offer are accurate as at the date of
this letter.

2. Students enrolled in full-year units will be required to pay for these units in full and upfront with the deadline for their first semester
of enrolment.

3. The University reserves the right to vary course fees, course content and structure and graduation requirements from time to time.
Students will be subject to other fees, charges and conditions current for each semester in which they enrol, in addition to those stated
on page 1, and are advised to check these other fees, charges and conditions as well as course information with the University before
enrolling. The University, its agents, employees and contractors will not be liable to a student for any loss or damage arising directly or
indirectly from that student's failure to make these checks.

4. The University reserves the right to update the schedule of fees based on changes to the consumer price index and teaching costs.

5. Higher fees than those quoted in this letter may apply should you defer this offer and commence in an alternate intake. A new offer
letter is required for each deferral of intake.

6. From 2005, students are required to pay health cover for the full length of their visa. Periods of cover above 12 months attract a 5%
discount on the premiums payable. This discount is already reflected in the OSHC amount quoted in this letter. NOTE: The maximum
length of upfront cover is currently three (3) years. If your program of study is more than three years in length, you will be required to
contact OSHC provider to extend your cover before your upfront cover expires. Students are free to choose their own health
provider but Macquarie University’s preferred healthcare provider is OSHC Worldcare.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCEPT YOUR OFFER AT MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY:

1. For Assessment Level 3 and 4 countries only, apply for your Pre-Visa Approval (PVA) after you have obtained your offer.
Upon receiving your PVA, follow step 2 to 5.
2. Sign the Acceptance of the Offer (page 3). Please retain a copy for your records.
3. Complete the Payment and eCOE form (enclosed).
4. Pay your commencement fee and your health cover (optional if you already have valid OSHC) in accordance with the Tuition
payment methods listed on the back of the Payment and eCOE form.
5. Fax all forms (including your PVA, your Acceptance of the Offer and the Payment and eCOE form) together with your payment to
Macquarie International office (fax: +612 9850 9198) before mailing originals to: Macquarie International office, Macquarie
University, North Ryde NSW 2109, Australia

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL OF THE ABOVE STEPS.


A Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) form CAN ONLY be issued upon receipt of ALL of the
above documents and verification of payment.
