Assist QA/QC Manager for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Proje ct QMS. Assist QA/QC Manager in developing and implementing Quality Audit programme (part icipate internal audits to CAEL and external audits to subcontractor as auditor) . Interprets the project quality assurance program (QA Program), and reviews projec t quality documents. Review Subcontractors QMS documents. Verifies vendor s and subcontractor s quality assurance performance by monitoring and auditing. Identifies quality problems and verifies that corrective actions for them are imp lemented as necessary. Confers with the construction manager and other field key personnel concerned to promote efficient performance of quality assurance. Collects and compiles quality assurance records, quality related documents provid ing evidence that the construction activities have been performed in compliance with the QA Program. Expedite the issue and implementation of disposition plan for CAR s. Prepares monthly quality assurance status reports. Maintain and report the status of quality KPI s. Develop various quality procedures; drive the quality systems and accountable fo r achieving the same for the group. 2. Setting targets for the quality team within the group at various plants and m onitor the same. 3. Accountable to establish standard procedures to achieve various quality stand ards and certifications which would enable the company to enter and sell our pro ducts in the global markets. 4. To complete the required specifications and keep a track of the various appro vals as required for selling in different regions / markets. 5. Accountable in reviewing customer complaints from various plants and suggesti ng new ways to reduce the same and achieve the target set by the management. 6. To train all levels of employees on quality, procedures within various plants . 7. To establish & standard procedures on handling the customer and setting up th e targets in line with the business goals. 8. Ensures successful QC participation in regulatory agency inspections, and oth er audits. 9. Mentors and develops personnel, including supervisory and management staff. D evelops departmental objectives and timelines, and ensures their timely completi on. 10. Develops departmental budget and monitors expenditures. Assist the QHSE Manager in the evaluation of quality procedure including departm ent procedures, workflows and conducting quality audits in partnership with all staff and department Management. Participate in monitoring Quality plans, implementing quality improvement strate gies and projects and provide written reports as required. Participate in developing an annual Quality report in consultation with Manageme nt and staff. Coordinate and monitor customer feedback related to quality including suggestion s and complaints through conducting customer satisfaction surveys. Maintain an updated record of different quality checks and procedures including QCR, ITP, handover procedure, etc. Maintains clients confidentiality all times. Review on regular basis the Quality manual, Quality plans and department procedu

res. Put suggestions and update as required. Follow-up the implementation of ITP throughout the different stages of Company s p rojects. Conduct necessary audits prior handing over the units to client and service depa rtment. Conduct toolbox talks on regular basis to increase staff awareness on quality st andards.
