Site Analysis
The site is located in the South Delhi district, with C.R.Park in the south and west, Kalkaji to the east, and Pamposh Enclave on the north. The site has a moderately dense settlement of high income groups in the immediate surroundings, with higher density middle income groups only on the east (Kalkaji). It is a completely residential area (C.R.Park, Greater Kailash, Pamposh Enclave, Hemkunt Colony, Alaknanda, Kalkaji) with Nehru Place being the only major commercial centre in the vicinity. The surroundings of this area are comparatively greener than rest of the city, and hence enjoys a cooler temperature.
