    Conditions of Entry for Competition 1. This competition is organised by Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH, KonradZuse-Platz 1, Munich, Germany.

    2. Entry is free of charge and is not contingent on the purchase of goods or services. In entering this competition, the user shall accept these conditions of entry.

    3. Anyone who is at least 18 years old at the time of entry is eligible for the competition. Employees of Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH and others who are involved in the concept and implementation of this competition shall be excluded from participation. The owners and employees of distribution partners of Nemetschek Allplan GmbH shall be excluded from participation in the competition as well. Each "participant" can post as often as he wants but it wont change his chances of winning.

    4. Only the prizes described in detail in connection with the competition will be awarded. The competition will run until 25 November 2013. Late submissions will not be considered for the draw, regardless of the grounds for the delay. Nemetschek Allplan GmbH shall not be held responsible for any technical problems, particularly the failure of the telephone network, the network, electronic components or computers.

    5. The winner of the prize will be contacted shortly after the draw by email, on the basis of the information provided by the participant at the time of the registration. The winner shall confirm to Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH receipt of the winning notice immediately, but no later than 30 December 2013 and provide the information required by Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH. Otherwise, Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH shall be free to draw a new winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH may use the winner's name and photo for advertising purposes without any compensation.

    6. The formalities of handing over the main prize will be clarified with the winner individually. The prize will be sent by parcel post to the address given at the time of the registration.

    7. Cash payouts, payout in goods or exchange of prizes shall be excluded. Prizes cannot be transferred. The winner shall accept any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.

    8. Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH reserves the right to cancel or suspend temporarily the competition if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.

    9. The prize is one of twenty Scia Contest 2013 books.

    10. All decisions are final.
