5. Background materials for McKinsey report, to the extent they exist;
6. Roll call for First and Second Platoons for September 11, 2001 for Manhattan
South Task Force, all precincts and commands in Manhattan South, including,
Transit Districts; Housing Authority; Police Academy, Special Operations
Division; all precincts in Manhattan South; and al personnel in One Police Plaza;
7. Copies of all line of duty injury and death reports for injuries and fatalities
suffered between 8:46 AM and 9:00 PM, September 1 1, 2001; and
8. Any unusual occurrence reports (PD 370-152) done with respect to the
September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

With respect to the roll calls, I appreciate that the roll call for one police plaza
could take some time, but it is our understanding that every other role call is
automated and stored on computers. Therefore, we expect to receive all of those
immediately.
