ESA WARRANTY POLICY Definition, Period and Scope: All products supplied by Electro Systems Associates Pvt.

. Ltd (ESA) carry a limited, back-to-works warranty, against any defect arising out of faulty material and/or workmanship, for a period of twelve (12) months. Warranty period shall be twelve (12) months from the date of invoice/despatch, unless a shorter or longer period is explicitly stated and agreed to in ESAs quotation and/or order acceptance. Warranty is limited to free service/repair/replacement only at the sole discretion of ESA who will have the right of final determination as to existence, cause and rectification of defects reported. The cost of spares/parts replaced & components shall be borne by the buyer/customer on prepayment basis against repair estimate provided by its authorised service center. No warranty is made or implied with respect to the function of the product vis--vis its suitability for buyer/customers intended use beyond its basic functions & specifications as stated in ESAs data sheet/quotation/order acceptance. The liability is limited to repair, adjust and/or replace the equipment found defective and nothing beyond whatsoever. The warranty excludes any condition or liability not expressly stated herein. Warranty is void, in case: The equipment is not used as per the directions given in the users / instruction manual. The defect is caused by improper installation, transit damage, tampering, mishandling, misuse or unauthorized repairs. The serial number or warranty seal is tampered with. The agreed payment terms and other conditions of sale are not fulfilled. Warranty return procedures: Provide Proof of purchase without which the faulty equipment will not be accepted for repair/service. Send the faulty equipment to our authorised service centre by a reputed transport carrier/courier, well packed to avoid transit damage and with forwarding, freight & insurance charges fully prepaid. Wherever applicable, road forms for entry of goods as prescribed by respective State Governments are to be provided before the repaired goods are returned. Include a description of the problems along with the return address & Sales Tax Regn. nos. Also provide contact details of the user concerned for direct interaction.
