Study Overview The overall objective of this project is to develop an improved knowledge base for evaluating the effectiveness of lifestyle modification strategies and multiple types of self-monitoring
devices in urban and rural using Study Methods 300 high-risk patients (150 rural, 150 urban)

The increased activity coincided with a decrease in blood glucose levels

The study confirmed the feasibility of using remote health monitoring technology as a means to monitor health parameters in chronic illness patients Patients tended to exercise more and their blood glucose values tended to improve as a result
