Retainer Agreement sets frh tl1e terms under which, Thomas J. Lyons, r., Esq. of the Consumer
Justke P.A. (CTC) and LLF and Thomas J Lyons will represent the clien in this legal matter. You
selected these lawyers to handle your case, explain your rights, and advise you of your legal options.

$400.00/ an hour and applies to the followng serices: (1) telephone contact with the client, attoreys, ad
relvant persons; (2) case correspondence; (3) document preparation; (4) legal research; (5) ofie

Telephone calls will be charged to the nearest tenth of an hour to whih the c1ll extends. A mnium
