I understand by turning in my application that it is subject to review by the Advisory Board and that I may or may not become a member of
the Student Council. I commit to at least one meeting during school and one after school meeting per month and more as needed. I
understand that I must maintain a C average and have zero out of school suspensions. I understand that other disciplinary matters will be
reviewed by the Advisory Board and may result in my being removed from the Council. I commit to participating in all Student Council
sponsored events and being a positive role model.
