ItlieswithintheM25orbital,butitsclosestmajorroadlinkistheM11motorwayatjunction5(towards Londononly).ThemainroadthatlinksthevillagewiththeM11andEssexandLondonistheA113.Its nearestraillinkisTheydonBoistubestation,ontheCentralLine(TravelcardZone6),1.6miles(2.6km)to thenorthofthevillage.The541buslinksthevillagewithLoughton,TheydonBoisandEpping.Itextendsto HarlowonSundays.OnMonFri,the575servicelinksthetownwithEppingandRomford,thoughthese busesareveryinfrequent.
