Direct project's resources, develop project plan, and ensure that the project is completed on time and schedule Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure the overall success of the project. Acts as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary. Ensures that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.

Education : Bachelor degree, graduate from the reputed university. Experience :

5~10 years of experience in Software/Business Analyst and/or programmer and 3~5 years of experience in System Project Management for developing & implementing Web base / Java based Software Solutions. Direct experience from Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus Japanese company experience is preferable

System Analyst
Quantity: 03 Working place: Da Nang. Responsibilities:

Translates requirements defined by business analyst into logical, economical and practical system designs. Analyzes and Designs system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources. Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written. Perform the role of Quality Assurance when system is ready.

Experience :

Programmer (Business Application / Embedded Software)

Quantity: 10 Working place: Da Nang. Responsibilities:

Develop major components or modules and contribute to the design and maintenance of the products. Contribute to all aspects of the product development process, from specification and design, throughout integration, release and maintenance. Participate in the decision making process regarding the selection, customization and support of the array of software engineering tools used by the engineering group; i.e. version control, change management, knowledge repository, C/C++, JAVA, UML, .NET modeling, etc.

Lead junior software engineers and review the quality of their design and implementation. Create quality source code; document code and procedures thoroughly as prescribed by the engineering standards. Use common development tools such as compilers, debuggers, profiling tools and source control system as prescribed by the engineering standards.
