How to submit your le
Our preferred format for text les is a print ready PDF, saved as one single le set up in page order. Please do not save the PDF as double page spreads or save each page as individual PDFs - we will be unable to use les in this way. Please note that we cannot accept Word documents. These must be turned into print ready PDFs before being sent to us. It is very easy to create PDFs using Word. When you are ready to create your PDF then simply go to File - Save As and choose PDF from the drop down list.

Printing and binding prices

All prices are based on printing in black on white 80gsm paper. All sheets are printed single sided with a front and back cover and perfect (soft bound), spiral or wiro bound to nish. You can email your work to us as a PDF at printservices@le.ac.uk. You will need to allow two working days for printing and binding (excluding hard case binding). VAT at 20% will be charged on all work where applicable.

Colour printing is available at 25p per copy of each page. Any pages in colour should be identied by their number on your covering email.

We accept cash or cheque at our reception, please make cheques payable to University of Leicester. Secure online card payment is available, email us your requirements to printservices@le.ac.uk and we will reply to you with a payment link. We can deliver to your department or the Graduate Ofce at no extra cost. Postage to any other UK address is 5.00 per volume. International postage is charged at cost.
