Signing on the membership booklet, tour assignment ,attendance for speaker and collection of posters
Distribution of Conference kit

Emir Ian Flores, Bonilla Marjune with Melchor Potestas Things needed: Membeship booklet, list for participants that will join in the tour, list of speakers and poster presentors, number for the poster presentors, ballpens Task: Make sure that participants sign in the membership booklet, tour list, speakers sign in the attendance sheet and posters are collected
