Introduction
At our homes we face many problems regarding clothes, for example 1. Washing of clothes 2. Stitching of clothes 3. Dry cleaning of clothes 4. Ironing of clothes 5. Repairing of clothes 6. Problem of maids leaves Target market and size: There are around 120 Engineering Colleges in Bhopal with around 50000 students studying spending around 500 on laundry, making the market size of around 2, 50, 00,000 1. Service description: We are currently thinking to launch this service in Bhopal region, the service would be on 24x7 basis, it would basically be a type of service in which we are planning to open a central processing facility in an area and connected by our distribution system, in this service we are going to set a distribution network connecting the central facility 2. Revenue model:
For this service we have come out of two kinds of revenue model 1. Prepaid service 2. Pay as you go 3. Subscription service Prepaid service: In prepaid service we are thinking to employ a system in which the customer gets a card which would have a validity of 1/2/3 month and he would get a balance on his card then that balance could be used to pay for our services, the value proposition which we are thinking to offer is that the customer could avail much benefits of like 10% to 20% off on the regular service rates Pay as you go service: In this service the customer gets billed for the service he/ she avails every time, this service would give them the flexibility to opt for service which is not a fixed amount, so there wont be any burden on people to give a fixed amount for their service, this service would be helpful for people specially students who gets limited amount of money from their home, and who dont have more clothes Subscription service: This service is a kind of most economical amongst all three, in this service people gets a membership of 6 months or 1 year with a loyalty bonus and free bees, this is specially for college going students who are new and doesnt knows

Competitive advantage: This service has a great competitive advantage over other segments, following are the points of differentiation of this service: 1. The ease of ordering clothes it is offering, just click, call and arrange a visit 24x7. 2. The clothes which we will wash will be hygiene conscious coz we will be using Dettol in the clothes for anti- bacterial action. 3. The 24x7 nature of this service. 4. The 12 hour return service. 5. Cost advantage 6. High number of students present in Bhopal region. Value Proposition: The value this service is offering to the consumers are as following: 1. Time value 2. Money value 3. Personnel Plan
There will be four people we are currently thinking of employing Two people for washing the clothes service in the central processing facility Two people for distribution of clothes And cash in the facility would be handled by us only Also in the pilot phase we are thinking of bringing 4 small 7 kgs washing machine to see the potential of business, later we will employ big machines for this business
