The Ozark-Dale County Public Library will host Popcorn & a Movie for children on Saturday, December 21,

2013. There will be popcorn, a drink, and a movie. Refreshments will be served from 12:45 p.m. -1:00 p.m. The movie, Dr. Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas, will begin promptly at 1p.m.

The Grinch lives on top of a hill overlooking Whoville with his dog, Max. Each year at Christmas time, the Grinchs hatred grows stronger toward those insufferable cheerful Who's down in Whoville. One year, he gets the idea to stop Christmas from coming by dressing up as Santa Claus and steal everything. After he has stolen every last thing, the Who's wake up on Christmas morning to sing in the town square, causing the Grinch to question the basis of his nefarious plan. Take a trip back in time when star Monsters, Inc. employees Mike Wazowski and James P. Sulley Sullivan were just two promising young students at Monsters University in this frightfully fun prequel. Long before they were lurking in closets for a living, Mike and Sulley were just two Scaring majors at Monsters University, dreaming of the day they would make children shriek in terror. When their heated competition to be the most fearsome in their class gets out of hand, however, Mike and Sulley find themselves ejected from the prestigious Scare Program, and they are forced to seek the aid of their oddball friends in order to get their education back on track.
