STAND UNITED with the Jacksonville Jaguars this Friday


City Hall, Friendship Fountain and CSX to turn teal leading up to Jaguars vs. Colts game
This Friday marks STAND UNITED Friday in Jacksonville as the Jaguars prepare to take on the Arizona Cardinals at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17 at EverBank Field. Support for the Jags will be especially visible in downtown Jacksonville as City Hall, Friendship Fountain and CSX turn exterior lighting teal, showing citywide pride in the team. The teal lighting schedule will be as follows: City Hall 117 West Duval St. 32202 Exterior lighting surrounding the entrance to City Hall will be turned teal nightly starting Thursday, Nov. 14 through Sunday, Nov. 17. Friendship Fountain 1015 Museum Circle 32207 Water will be lighted teal starting at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 until 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18. CSX 500 Water St. 32202 Teal and gold exterior lighting will be in place on the east and west ends of the building nightly starting Friday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 17. All three locations will turn teal leading up to each Jaguars home game throughout the season. The team is also hosting a series of initiatives to recognize fans for their support and encourage them to show their pride in the Jags, as outlined below. STAND UNITED Office or School Party All residents on the First Coast are encouraged to wear team colors and gear to work and school this Friday. Businesses and schools can show off their team pride by submitting photos of how their business/school looks on STAND UNITED Friday. Entries will be posted on the Jaguars Facebook site and fans will vote for the best. Entries with the most votes will win tickets for their office/business (up to 40) and classroom (up to 40) for a Jaguars home game. Photos should be submitted to www.jaguars.com/STANDUNITED.

Jaguars Helmet Hunt The Jaguars will hold a region-wide scavenger hunt for a Jaguars helmet, signed by Shad Khan, Gus Bradley and key players, this Friday. The hunt is open to the public and participants can find clues for the hunt on www.jaguars.com, www.rewards.jaguars.com and on Jaguars Social League websites at www.jaguars.com/STANDUNITED. STAND UNITED Rally Jags fans can rally together for the official STAND UNITED rally this Friday, Nov. 15 from 6:30 8:30 p.m.at Off the Hook at 333 First St. N. Activities include appearances by the ROAR, performances by the D-Line, free tickets and merchandise from the Jax Pack and other giveaways such as koozies, schedule cards and coasters. Off the Hook will be extending its happy hour until 8:30 p.m. Friday including Smirnoff Vodka and Budweiser promotions, as well as having pool tables, darts, an outdoor patio, ping-pong and corn hole for entertainment. Off the Hook will also be debuting their new JAG-wich to their menu on Friday, to show their pride in the Jaguars. This rally is part of a series of region-wide bar appearances and promotions in 130 bars around Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Twenty bars will host official STAND UNITED Friday rallies throughout the 2013 NFL season. A competition will be held to identify the bar that best shows its STAND UNITED spirit. JAGWEAR STORE The East Touchdown Club shop will be open on Friday from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. with the newest Jaguars merchandise available for purchase. About STAND UNITED STAND UNITED, a partnership among the Jacksonville Jaguars, the City of Jacksonville and the JAX Chamber, is a community-based effort to engage individuals, businesses, schools and the military in building excitement for the team and the 2013 season in Jacksonville and the surrounding region. As part of the STAND UNITED campaign, each Friday in Jacksonville is designated STAND UNITED FRIDAY. Fans are encouraged to wear team colors throughout the day and are eligible to win special rewards and prizes.
