2- Explain how are you going to design a lesson plan when facing the Leaner Variable I: Teaching across age levels; who are the learners? Do a lesson plan for each type of learner taking in consideration the structure of a lesson plan.

The following lesson plans have been made taking into consideration three variables of the learners, children, teenagers, and adults which are teaching across age levels according to (Dobrila & Skela, 1998). The first lesson plan was made according to how the teacher is going to teach the class. It is important to know every aspect to the lesson plan like .. and try to fulfill this requirement of lesson plan. The class for children have to be funny due to children learn through playing and because is a childhood is a stage where they are more interested in playing rather than learning. The teacher has to do many activities to catch the attention to the student and not just teach as a traditional teacher. The lesson plan that I am going to do includes an activity to recall what the student did in the last class, for instance, my resource is a radio, I am going to encourage the students clap their hands in time with the music and then I am going to start my class with a set of pictures and the student are going to watch many people and they are going to identify the family member. The second lesson plan is for teenagers, aforementioned all lesson plans have to been made according to the needs of the students in this case they are teenagers we have to think how teenagers learn, in a way that they find interest the English language. Hence, I made the lesson plan using technology, due to, the teacher has to be innovator and in this way the teacher can catch the students attention. I design this lesson plan in the way that the students watch the parts of the house and the object that are inside of it through cannon projector, but also, at the beginning of the class, I start with a feedback in which I am going to start with a dynamic that consists in asking question about the last class, if the student does not answer he or she is going to stand up until it is his or her turn again. The last lesson plan was made for adults; the class was design for adults, it means, that to them the activity is to recall the last class topic, it is not a game anymore as the other previous lesson plans. In this one, the lesson plan for adults is focused in how the students analyze and how they have and how they have developed the four skills. Hence in this lesson plan I start recalling the last class topic and then they can give their points of view about the last class, and then the teacher is going to make dynamic that is about quotes and then, they are going to speak what they understand about. As you see, the student is going to develop speaking, and reading skills and analyzing sentences

BEGINNER LEVEL When the teacher is going to teach beginners, he or she has to go slow, due to their level does not allow the fluency that the teacher has. The teacher has to use many methods to convey the information so the student can acquire the language easy and understanding what the teacher wants to convey. It is important to know, what kind of methods the teacher is going to do and what moment the teacher is going to use it. Aforementioned there are many methods and also techniques that help the teacher to convey the knowledge of the English language, one of them is repetition, it is the key to learning, especially with lower level language learners due to, they are developing the listening and the speaking skills, and also they are acquiring their own accent. An English teacher, we have to pronounce words in the correct way, due to, we are the guider and responsible that our students pronounce words in the correct way. Also, there are many ways to teach the English language, for instance, the teacher can use physical material; according with studies of some educators the student can learn more through image or physical object, due to, they remind what word was in the image or the name of the object that they saw in the moment when they were learning. The teacher has to be active and innovator to teach the English class, because, for the students, the English class is boring because the teachers teach the English language as if the students were in a high level. The teacher has to remember, the students do not have the level to understand all that the teacher is saying. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL In this level, the students are capable to understand what the teacher says, due to it is supposed the students have the basic vocabulary, the teacher feels more comfortable to speak in English, most of the students understand what the teacher tries to convey. But it does not have to be always, that they still are learning a foreign language; always the teacher has to have a learning environment without stress and taking into consideration the methods and techniques to help students to understand better the English language. In this level, the teacher can use techniques like making in pairs and conversation among them. Also the teacher has to be focus on the four skills, listening, speaking reading and writing, the teacher has to do many things to these skills begins to develop to each student, that is why, the teacher has to do a lot of activities for instance: in listening and speaking, the student can participate in shorts conversation, ask questions and answer, find the alternative to convey meaning, etc. Reading and writing, the teacher can bring material to the students so can reading in class, it could be stories, paragraph, etc. these activities let the student sees, how the words are order and it helps in writing skills

ADVANCE LEVEL The students are close to achieving their goals as bilingual students, get fluency close to the native people and get more vocabulary to establish a professional conversation, due to, in this level, the student is capable to handle a certain amount of technical vocabulary and the errors are relative rare in the four skills, but always, we have to keep in mind, they still are learning. In this level, the techniques that the teacher uses, are very different, for instance, the teacher use activities that help in the deeply way to develop the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, that is why, when the teachers teach the student that are in this advance level the techniques that they uses debate, writing essay, scamming and skimming reading material, etc. aforementioned, those activities support the student to develop their skills.
