Profile: Emmanuel de Beughem


Emmanuel is the Business Development Manager
with the Brussels Enterprise Agency, which is a
Department of the Brussels Region authority,
based in Brussels, Belgium. He is in charge of
advising and supporting foreign companies which
are considering the establishment of business
operations in the Brussels region. Mr. de
Beughem has assisted numerous US companies
with business establishment issues in Brussels as
well as their dealings with the local authorities.

Emmanuel started his career in Africa (Burundi)


as a logistician for an American NGO (Catholic
Relief Service). Then he worked 3 years in
Singapore as a business Development Manager
for a shipping line and 5 years as a Marketing
Manager in the Truck Tyre division of Bridgestone
Europe in Brussels. Emmanuel holds a Master's
degree in Business Administration from the
University of Louvain (UCL) in Belgium.
