    OATH OF OFFICE

    I, ___________ after having been designated as INTERIM CHAPTER _________ of the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners Manila City Chapter do hereby solemnly swear: To hold inviolate the Articles of Incorporation and by-laws of PhilRES and its PhilRES Manila City Chapter; To perform my duties and functions as an Interim Officer with fidelity and serve my association to the best of my ability with the aim of enhancing the prestige and purposes of PhilRES Manila City Chapter and its general membership; To maintain the high standards of the real estate service profession and be the role model to my colleagues and the membership of the association in a manner befitting to be called as real estate service professional; And I make this pledge to be of service to the membership of PhilRES Manila City Chapter without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
