December 2013. The iFest would witness participation from a large number of reputed B-schools and colleges from all over the country and hosts a multitude of activities, some academic, some purely creative and some a combination of both.
The main objective of iFest is to highlight the academic and creative talent of IILM's student community
and open a window for corporate to sample our best minds at work. It is designed to be an
amalgamation of various activities including cultural events and marketing games such as ADMAD where teams slug it out on creative platforms, Stock Market games involving the never-ending tussle between the bear and the bull; HR Street Plays; Bits of Creativity where the teams would get an opportunity to use their creative skills and make the most of the materials given to them; Basketball Dance, wherein students would perform in front of a diverse, large and captive target audience Match; NGO fair; Face Painting and much more. With our event of face painting we on one hand will spill the colors of I-fest on your faces and on the other hand, your creative faces will come out. We dont want to bind your creativity by giving a theme. Come out with your ideas and show how creatively you can say your heart to others by using a few colors. This will be a fun filled event with lots of awareness.
GUIDELINES
Creativity will not be bound by any theme The time limit is 30 minutes No extra props are allowed A team should consist of 2 members Teams are requested to bring their own paints and brushes Last date for registration: 17th December 2013 Prizes to be won: Rs. 2100/- (1st prize), Rs. 1100/- (2nd prize)

The articles from which the collage is to be made would be given to the participating teams at the time of the event The teams need to carry their own pair of scissors and glue The teams are not supposed to get any pictures or articles from their own side, the collage has to be made only with the articles provided The themes for collages would be informed during the event No mobile phones or laptops allowed Cheating of any sort or taking help from others will lead to disqualification Time Limit: will be communicated at the beginning of the event. Guidelines:
Counter strike 1.6 version will be used. Each team can have a maximum of 5 players. There will be 20 rounds (race to 11 rounds) from first round onwards and 30 rounds (race to 16 rounds) in the final match. No cheat codes are allowed. If any sought of cheating is found by any player in a team, the entire team will be disqualified on the spot. All players are requested to carry their own mice, mouse pads and headsets. It has long been established that advertising can do wonders for your brand. But marketers and advertisers across the world have stressed upon advertising that not just informs, but also entertains! We, the Brand Rovers of IILM have gone one step further helping you create your own ads for totally fictional-out-of-the-box-over-the-top products or services and giving you a platform to showcase it to everyone else. Only two objectives need to be met : the message needs to be clear and effective and the audience entertained and enthralled. The Brand Rovers invite you to be part of Ad Mad 13iFest, for glory is to those who come out as victors!
Guidelines:
There should be minimum 3 and maximum 5 contestants in each team. Every team must prepare a skit/ad to be acted out on stage. The ad should be based on a fictional product of a fictional brand. Innovative taglines, posters and props are encouraged, but not mandatory. Participants would be marked on Message Clarity, Originality, Creativity and Presentation. Total time for each performance including setup would be 5 min. There will be negative marking if the time limit exceeds. Obscenity is strictly prohibited. Teams can choose their own topics based on hypothetical situations for the screening

Team should be of 2 members. Only First EIGHT registered teams will be considered for the event.(No registrations will accepted after the last date of registration) Only One team can register from each college.
Ru Ba Ru Street Play
Bring out the actor inside you and design a play on issues that need to be addressed. Show your originality and ingenuity with the screenplay and dialogues.
Guidelines:
Entries will be on first come first serve basis. First 8 teams will be chosen. Maximum Time limit for each play should NOT be more than 15 minutes Theme of the play : Social Cause or Tourism On stage performers should be not more than 12 (only on stage performers names will be registered, not the backstage people). Group Dance
Guidelines:
The time limit for a performance is 6-8 minutes The minimum number of participants should be 8 and maximum 12 Props are mandatory (safety measures should be taken), the props & stage setup should be brought by respective teams. Each team should have 2 Audio CDs and 2 pen drives as back-up. The team has to report 2 hours before the event. No halts would be permitted between the performances; music once stopped would indicate the performance to be over. The team will be evaluated on the basis of Energy level, Choice of songs, Choreography, Costumes & Props, Coordination & Overall stage presence Last date for registration: 17th December 2013
Each member of a team participating in the iFest shall carry ID Card which shall bear the following: Photograph of the player & his/her signature. Attestation of the photograph under the seal by the Principal of the college. The signatures of the attesting authority must be on the photograph. The player(s) not carrying Identity Cards shall not be allowed to participate in iFest.

GUIDELINES : The participants have to register themselves 4 days before ifest and have to send their pictures through email by 16th of December till 8 PM . There can only be one participant or a team of two people . A creative caption is necessary along with the picture describing it , or a quote . The pictures should be according to the theme which is , Living the College Life Winners would be announced on the day of ifest itself .
