These log books are divided into several parts* rental records* maintenance records* records of accidents and breakdowns and customer records. There are also records of employee management. P%*<=() S'a'()( ' /t is a problem for us when doing audits vehicles* customers and employees. /n the event of an accident* we had to look for old records to be collected manually. Sometimes* there are delays in vehicle maintenance because we cannot afford to check every vehicle maintenance logs on a daily basis. ,ver occur where road ta1 and insurance e1pire because we do not have the efficient alert system. There have been cases we do not know the status of delivery vehicles due to the negligence of employee.
