Thank you for registering for the 2009 CEA Washington Forum. The conference will be held April 21 – 23, at the prestigious JW Marriott
Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC. Below you will find some information that will help you upon your arrival at the conference.

General Information

The dress for the April Forum is business attire. The JW Marriott Pennsylvania Avenue is approximately 15 minutes from Ronald Reagan
National Airport and 45 minutes from Dulles International Airport and less than 10 minutes from Union Station. The closest subway station is
Metro Center (red/orange/blue lines). For drivers, valet parking is available for a $35 daily fee.

Hotel Reservations

CEA has negotiated a block of rooms at a special rate of $317 (single/double occupancy). The CEA group rate will be honored until the
CEA block of rooms is full, but not later than Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Please note this special room rate is first-come/first-served. Once
the CEA room block is full the hotel may charge a higher rate for rooms.
Please inform the reservation clerk that you are with the CEA group to receive the negotiated rate.

Room check-in is available at 4:00 pm. Room check-out is 12:00 Noon.

Name Badges and Conference Materials

Badges and conference materials can be picked up in the conference registration area located in the Capitol Registration Desk:

Wednesday, April 22 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.


Thursday, April 23 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

If you plan to attend the Newseum reception and buffet dinner Tuesday, April 21, you may pick-up your badge at the registration table
inside the Newseum beginning at 7 p.m.

If you plan to attend the Digital Patriots Dinner Wednesday, April 22, please come to the reservation tables to pick up your Digital Patriots
badge and table assignment.

Meals

Your conference registration includes coffee breaks and lunch Wednesday and Thursday.

If you have special dietary requirements, please send the information to events@ce.org no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2009.

Cancellation Policy

CEA Digital Patriots Dinner Cancellation Policy

· Digital Patriot dinner cancellations received in writing on or before April 8, 2009 are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee.
· After Wednesday, April 8, 2009 cancellations are subject to the entire conference registration fee.
· Please note that if you don't cancel by April 8, 2009 and don't attend the Digital Patriots dinner, you are still responsible for payment.
· All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
· Substitutions permitted at any time.
