Dear Fellow Pharmacist, Every year, our organization holds an annual convention to provide a venue for pharmacists to learn from global and national experts and to renew camaraderie among the members of different local chapters, affiliate organizations and the national organization officers and the board of directors. For 2014, I am happy to announce that our PPhA National Convention will be on April 24-26 with the theme, Access to Pharmacist, Access to Better Health, at the new SMX Convention Center in Davao City. This years program will focus on global and local initiatives intended to define the role of the pharmacists in promoting health and in achieving expected outcomes in the use of medicines. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Luc Besanone, Chief Executive Officer of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). Together with him are other leading pharmacy leaders in Europe and the United States. In addition to plenary sessions, there will be parallel sessions to allow educators, practitioners and students the opportunity to share their research and experiences. Please find attached the information on registration fees. Scan your deposit slip and send by email to philpharm.natcon@gmail.com with the following information: accomplished Registration form, name of the bank, date, and amount of deposit. issued on-site in the pre-registration area or you can have it picked up at the PPhA Office.

3. Confirmation of your bank deposit will be done by email. Official receipt of payment to PPhA will be CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION FEE
If written request for cancellation is received on or before April 7, 2014, 50% of registration fee will be reimbursed. Request for refund of registration fee after April 7, 2014 will not be entertained.
