Dear Judge Berman: As you know, this firm represents the New York City and Vicinity istrict Council of Carpenters ("District Council"). I am enclosing two fully executed and r fied collective bargaining agreements for Your Honors review and approval. The two separate collective bargaining agreements ("CBAs"), bo are between the District Council and the Association of Concrete Contr Inc.("ACCNY"). The first CBA, covering heavy construction work, is en 1. While certain terms and conditicins of the ACC CBAs submitted here differ slightly from those in the GCA CBA and The Cement Leagu CBA, all provide for full mobility, electronic reportinwof jobs and hours, and the anti-corr tion compliance features of those earlier CBAs.

The District Council's Delegate Body, at its regularly scheduled meeting yesterday evening, ratified both enclosed CBAs by a vote of 44 in favor and 32 opposed. By this letter, the District Council is requesting that Your Honor schedule a conference on issuing an Order similar to those earlier Orders with respect to CBAs providing for full mobility, electronic reporting of jobs and hours, anti-corruption compliance features.
