Dear Students:

This weekend on Saturday, September 5, there is a GK Service Learning outing to ISM Village. Speak with Ms.
Stannard to get involved with this rewarding project.

You can now look at your grades in PowerSchool. If you are not sure how to do this, you can ask a
friend. Checking your grades and talking to your teachers is a responsible way to stay informed about your
progress in class.

You are all encouraged to support the ISM ATAC activities that take place after school and on weekends. This
Student Bulletin will always list some of the scheduled sporting events.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Soccer:
Our 3 MS girls’ teams start this Saturday in the first of the
RIFA League Girls Soccer Festivals from 8 A.M. until Noon.
Our boys RIFA Festival team (team C) plays at ISM this Sat-
urday afternoon from noon till 5:00 P.M.
Our ES soccer teams E and G will also play in the RIFA festi-
val Saturday afternoon.
Cross Country:
Good Luck to MS Cross Country runners at the first race for
the year this Saturday, Aug 29th at Faith Academy.
HIGH SCHOOL

schedule. Dates do change often; check this page on a regu-
lar basis for updates. Coaches will inform
players of last minute changes to schedules
as well.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PRODUCTION
This year's Middle School Production is
"Seussical," a fantastical, magical, mu-
sical extravaganza that brings all of
your favorite Dr. Seuss characters to
life, including Horton the Elephant, The
Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz,
Amayzing Mayzie, and Jojo, a little boy
with a big imagination. These quirky
and dynamic characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool
to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the
Whos. On this colorful and epic journey, the powers of
friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and
emerge triumphant, in a story that touches people of all ages.
We will need singers, actors, dancers and acrobats to per-
form in this exciting and imaginative production. Auditions
will be December 2nd to 4th. This year there will be special
pre-audition sessions for those who want to build confidence
in their singing skills BEFORE their audition.
FROM SERVICE LEARNING
We are looking for Middle school stu-
dents to take part in the first exciting
GK build this year on Saturday Sep-
tember 5th at ISM village here in Ta-
guig. GK is a project which builds
homes for people who need one and
ISM sponsors a village which is very
nearly complete. The build is just for
the Saturday morning and everyone is
welcome to come and participate regardless of size or experi-
ence. This year middle schoolers have been granted 10
places on each build, and we need to fill those spots with en-
ergetic proactive students, interested in changing their world.
If you are interested in coming along, please see Miss Stan-
nard ASAP for a permission slip. First come first served ba-
sis, so let’s show the school what Middle Schoolers can do.

Want your trash to become someone else’s treasure?
Please continue to support INVISIBLE institute.

Dry cleaner bags
CDs
Cassette tapes
Old VHS tapes
Fabric scraps
à Collection points can be found in the ES, MS and HS of-
fices.
This waste will be crocheted into beautiful bags for sale.
By donating this trash, you will be helping to provide an in-
come for some of the poorest women in Manila.
FIRST SALE OF THE YEAR will be next week!
