Introduction
Our Services
Middle EastAfrica (MEA) Training Center in Dubai started operations in September 2011 delivering
courses covering the main fields of Schneider Electric Buildings Business Solutions ; Building Management
Systems, HVAC, Access & Intrusion Security, and Video Surveillance. As we promote Energy Efficient
facilities, more focus is brought to the integration of all three systems.
Our facility hosts 2 Training Rooms and a functional demo center mimicing a typical building control and
monitoring room.
We Offer:
Product and Certification Training
Our product related training courses focus on Hands-On exercises. They are conducted by trainers
who carry a lot of theoretical and most importantly eld experience, in those products. Certain
product ranges necessitate advanced training leading to certication. One or more certied engineers
onboard distinguish your company from competition and help progress to more enterprise system
installations and commissioning.
Industry Knowledge courses
Industry Knowledge Courses cover general technology-related topics. The courses are selected to
Bridge gaps between industry trends and End User expectations, bring up system integrators to a
competent level of mastering different aspects of a system design and implementation, and last but
not least provide an indepth look at existing technology. Courses are conducted by experts in their
eld, whether from within the Schneider Electric organisation or outside.
Training Kits
In the training center, we make use of various training kits and racks. Each course has its own
recommended list of equipment, most even with a pre-programmed setup. Should you be interested
in building your own training setup, send us a mail. We can help putting in the necessary list of
components for your training requirements.
On Demand & Scheduled classes
Each Trimester (4 Months) a new course catalog is released. The catalog lists courses offered on
specic calendar days, as well as on-demand. On demand classes are best accomodated if inquired
one month ahead. Subject to group availability, tailored content courses or customised scheduling can
be offered.
External Training
When eld training is required, or when there is a big local demand for training we can provide training
at your facility. Wherever you are in the Middle-East and Africa region, you can count on us for your
training requirements.
Product Launch sessions
Schneider Electric regularly releases new products. To introduce the technical aspects of those
products and help Sales and Technical people grasp the newly offered functionalities and features, the
MEA training center holds Product Launch sessions.
Sales Training
Our offered courses do not exclude sales people. Focused on the technology basics and product
insight, these courses help sales personnel get a glimpse of the technology and the products or
systems which make it happen. Design and selection becomes easier and self comprehensive.
