Deliver safe, complete, cost effective and optimized engineering design solutions in accordance with client requirement as per

proposal and project schedules. Deliver optimized cost effective design, engineering work and assure its completeness for proposal in accordance with the client ITB. Issue the proposals as per agreed schedule. Deliver safe, optimized and cost effective engineering for each project in full compliance with the contract, BEDD, PDPI agreed with the client, complete as per DCR/Project execution schedule, and DOR with Project partners. Prepare an optimized Engineering Execution Plan / Quality Plan, overall engineering schedule, a list of key milestones, budget and manning chart as per project requirements and Companys SOPs. Ensure adherence to such requirements in order to achieve project milestones. Ensure that detailed, effective Document Control Registers, correctly dovetailing the sequence / flow of information and requirement of overall project schedule, are developed and adhered to on each project and proposal. Coordinate between engineering discipline leads, Engineering Sub-contractor, project team and client, ensure smooth flow of information among disciplines and proper IDC are followed during engineering and serve as one point contact between all agencies interacting with Engineering Management Team on the Project and / or Proposals assigned to him / her. Resolve all conflicts arising as a result of IDC or missing / delayed information. Ensure that prompt, complete clarification and answer are provided to the technical queries from the team, clients and vendors enabling engineering, procurement and construction to progress smoothly.

he Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leadership, guidance, and direction of all activities related to standard injection molding process set-ups, optimization of processes for key product quality characteristics, proper in-press care of injection molding tooling, overall process stability, and cycle times. This includes development and maintenance of the in-house training program for all Process and Set-up Technicians. The Process Engineering Manager is a key stakeholder in establishing standardized practices and improving the overall competitiveness of the operating unit via core Scientific Injection Molding disciplines and initiatives. Leading a team of Process Technicians, Set-up Crew, and Start-up Process Tech ... the Process Engineering Manager is an integral member of the core Operations Team and the day to day guidance of the business unit. The position serves in a guidance and advisory capacity for the advanced quality planning activities, product and mold design reviews, automation and maintenance activities related to injection molding machine and injection mold performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Establish and maintain documented standard process set-up sheets and develop a formal deviation record and process. 2. Develop process optimization plans based on a needs and priority assessment and conduct experiments, trails, and validation runs as required to execute the plan. 3. Develop and maintain in-press care and maintenance program(s) as well as promote set-up and processing disciplines that are safe, protect molds from damage and other avoidable failure modes. 4. Develop Process Technician and Set-up Technician Training and development plan based on needs and priority assessment. Execute the plan. 5. Establish and guide new mold trial and validation procedures and processes. 6. Lead or assist as required with injection molding machine, injection mold, and auxiliary equipment optimization initiatives. 7. Interact, collaborate, and lead (as required) resin suppliers and their technical groups for new product validation or enhancement and process optimization programs. 8. Participate in the supplier/material selection process. Desired Skills and Experience


Qualifications/skill sets Minimum 8 years Plastic Injection Molding Process Engineering experience in high volume custom injection molding. BS Engineering preferred. Extensive Scientific Injection Molding (RJG)/Bozzelli Training. Tool design review experience and knowledge. RJG Master Molder Certification a plus. Lean Manufacturing or TPS training a plus. Excel, Word, Power point.

Demonstrated and effective training and mentorship skill set. Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to gather, compile, and present technical information. Improvement driven Leadership.
