Executive Summary In the following document I compare three job finding hand selected by Trent Hagen in order to help him make a good decision for a job. I have compared the three jobs as followed; Construction Project Manager for Roers Construction, Site Safety Officer for DXP, and Project Manager for Office Sign Company. I compare three main things about these jobs to help me make my decision. First thing I looked at was the location, which Roers Construction and Office Sign Company would have the best placement. Second thing was the use of the degree that Trent will obtain (Construction Management), the only one that truly satisfies this is Roers Construction. Third thing was a balance benefits and salary. This took a more looking up but in total Roers Construction and Office Sign Company were on top of the list here. The last thing that I looked at was traveling. Trent is fine with traveling and wouldnt it, but doesnt want too be away for a long period of time. The only one that would involve extensive traveling is Roers Construction, and that is just the right amount of time away. After comparing all of the information, at the end I will make a recommendation on what job I think would be best to go for and in the end hope that I could have been some assistance.

Introduction This report will hold the comparison of three job posting that have been selected by Trent Hagen. I will compare all three of them in the most informative manner and make a recommendation of best fit. A few of the facts that helped me to decide which job I thought to be a good pick are as follows: Alright with traveling just not for extended periods of time over 1 month Plans on becoming a construction manager Job has the right balance of salary and benefits Not have to move out of a 300 mile radius from where he lives now(Fargo)

I have obtained this information though a Questionnaire that has been filled out by Trent. These four things were very big in picking my recommendation of the best job possible. The positions that were picked by Trent are; Construction Project Manager, Roers construction company Site Safety Officer, DXP Project Manager, Office Sign Company

I have researched and looked at these three jobs that Trent has picked and found enough information to make a good decision on a job recommendation. I have made a listed comparison of the job on page four for better viewing.

Recommendation When looking at all of the information I think it is rather clear to see which one is the best fit but I will compare all of the jobs in text. All of the jobs are with in the distance that Trent has placed in the distance willing to move permanently. Only the Construction management job involves traveling around the country but not for long periods of time. The Construction Management job is also the only one that will involve what Trent is going to school for. This Construction Management job from Roers I would have to say would be my recommendation. The other two jobs have some of the things that was specified by Trent, but not as much as the job from roers.

Conclusion With the information that I obtained from Trent and through my own research I was able to pick the best job possible. I think that my recommendation could be a very good help for Trent to make a decision in his job picking.
