2006 Started collaboration activities with the University of Bologna for the setting up of online broadcasting for education and culture using previous audiovisual productions by the Foundation partners as trial programmes featuring photography edutainment content. 21st June 2006 : Organisation, marketing and setup of Grand Concert with the Orchestra da Camera delle Marche and the Choir of the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Malta and the Ministry of Culture of Italy. The concert featured the Tota Pulchra, Exultate Jubilate and the Requiem of Mozart. This was the first event that Malti Media House broadcast using the trial infrastructure that enables online streaming of cultural events.

2007 March 2007 : Organisation of official delegation visit from Culture and Tourism Authorities from Malta to Pisa and Firenze and held official talks exploring possible collaborations in cultural and tourism between Tuscany and Malta. July 2007 : Art exhibition in Attard, Malta featuring works by artists from the region of Pitesti, Romania in collaboration with the Youth & Culture Association of Romania and the Municipality of Attard. August 2007 : Art exhibition in Citt della Pieve featuring works by artists from the region of Pitesti, Romania in collaboration with the Youth & Culture Association of Romania, Centro Studi il Perugino and the Municipality of Citt della Pieve. 1st September 2007 : Organisation of concert for pianoforte and violin by Eleonora Bekova and Marius Stravinsky in Citt della Pieve in collaboration with Centro Studi il Perugino and the Municipality of Citt della Pieve. 2008 January 2008 : Hosts conference on use of technology for culture and education in Malta together with Magister Academy and several partners from Poland, Germany, Portugal and Italy. February 2008 : OAF starts participation in steering committee of network for Intercultural education coordinated by University of Madrid. March 2008 : Exhibition of watercolour paintings and bronze sculptures by Claudio Nicoli in Citt della Pieve in collaboration with Centro Studi il Perugino and the Municipality of Citt della Pieve. 21st June 2008 : Organisation of concert for classic guitar by Angelo Barricelli in the vaults of Duca della Corgna at Citt della Pieve.

Streaming quality for education and elearning reaches new quality standards at 85% of original video quality and trial cultural content goes online featuring short films and photographic projects. OAF starts From Borderlands project that will feature music and photography in 24 cities from around the Mediterranean and Europe including Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy, Malta, Portugal, France and Germany. OAF starts preparatory works for tour of string and wind quintet for 2008-2009 featuring Klezmer music and that will visit Jewish communities in Italy and other European countries.
