Important Information : 1st and 2nd services only Do remember to bring your registered access media to enter The Star Theatre. The access gates will open one hour before each service starts. Please be seated in the theatre 15 minutes before service starts or your seats will be released and your access media will no longer be valid for entry. To get alternative seats, which are subject to availability, please approach our ushers. Food and drinks, photography, video and audio recordings are not allowed in the theatre. 3rd and 4th services only Please be seated in the theatre on time. Do bring your registered access media to drop your children off for Rock Kidz classes at The Star PAC. In the event your children are found to be unwell (e.g. with symptoms such as cough, cold, fever or runny nose) during registration, you will be advised to bring them home to rest. We seek your understanding that we will not be able to admit them into Rock Kidz classes at The Star PAC. Due to space constraints, we are also not able to provide a dedicated area for parents, where you can attend English services together with your children at The Star PAC. Food and drinks, photography, video and audio recordings are not allowed in the theatre.

Directions to your seat (Stalls) Take the escalator up to level 5.

After passing through the entry gate,

take the escalator up to level 7 and enter the theatre through door 18 .
