Cropwell Bishop

This classic blue Stilton, made using vegetarian rennet, is aged for 12 weeks. It has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth.

Montgomery Cheddar
Montgomery's mature cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset cheddar, matured for 12 months wrapped in muslin cloth and has deep, rich, nutty flavours.

Tunworth
Tunworth Cheese is made by hand in small batches in Hampshire with pasteurised whole cows milk. It has a long lasting sweet, nutty flavour and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind.
