I authorize MyRentFixedMyCredit.com on behalf of my property manager or landlord, to initiate debit (and if necessary, credit) entries to my propertys bank account. I understand and agree to the following:

My debit day is the 1st of each month. If the debit day is not a banking day, the debit will occur on the next banking day, and my credit day is 3 banking days later. A banking day is a business day excluding weekends and US Federal bank holidays. I will be notified of any changes to my credit day.
In addition to fees assessed to me by my bank, I may be assess a fee of $15.00 by MyRentFixedMyCredit.com for failed debits. MyRentFixedMyCredit.com will debit such fee from my bank account after providing me with at least 10-days notification.

I will be notified of changes to my rent amount at least 10-days prior to future debits. I acknowledge that debits to my bank account must comply with US law. I acknowledge that in the event of an unauthorized debit to my tenant(s), MyRentFixedMyCredit.com has the right to debit my propertys bank account to reverse that transaction. This Agreement remains in full force and effect until either I or MyRentFixedMyCredit.com terminate(s) the Agreement. I may terminate my enrollment in MyRentFixedMyCredit.com by providing 30-days prior written notification to MyRentFixedMyCredit@gmail.com , LLC at 103 Leesburg St, Meridianville, Al. 35759.
