Answer

1. We can start from the baby, we have to ask the mother to give exclusive breastfeeding from birth to 6 months age and introduce complementary foods at 6 months of age while continuing to breastfeed. After that, we give more adequate food, health, and care for the children. And at the adolescent stage, especially we have to reduce physical capacity and fat free mass. For a married woman to prepare pregnancy, they have to add a prenatal vitamin to their diet, more calcium, and fruits, acid folate before they get pregnant so the levels will be high enough in their body to head off neural tube fecets, and also more iron to prevents anemia during pregnancy and reduce blood loss during delivery the baby

2. When you're pregnant, you may develop anemia. When you have anemia, your blood doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen to your tissues. During pregnancy, your body produces more blood to support the growth of your baby. If you're not getting enough iron or certain other

nutrients, your body might not be able to produce the amount of red blood cells it needs to make this additional blood.

Anemia can leave you feeling tired and weak. If significant and untreated, it can increase your risk of serious complications like preterm delivery.

Its better for you to consume food which have high iron, like meat, spinach, chicken. And you supposed to consume it everyday, as long as you have a pregnancy plan until you have a baby.
