1.Adress by Chairperson 1.1 Meeting began with the reciting of the Al-Fatihah and chaired by Pn salihah binti Sapuan.She welcomed all the mathematics teachers teaching the lower form and thank them for the support and cooperation given.She explained that meeting was held to discuss about our Mathematics society programme for this month. 1.2 She pointed to Multiplicatian Programme because student does not remember the Multiplication time-tables. 2.Appointment of project members as follows: 2.1 Pn Salihah as a chairperson. 2.2 Pn Rahimah as a secretary 2.3 Pn Jamiah as a vice secretary 2.4 Pn Widyawati as a treasure 2.5 Pn Saliza as a brochure designer

3.Monetor allocation This project will be cost Rm500.00 and Pn Widyawati will do the spendices for this project. 4.Programme of activities 4.1 Multiplicatioan time-tables by Pn Widyawati. She start with the process to build multiplication time-tables.Firstly,draw the 10 horizontal line and 10 vertical line.Fill in the first row and the first column number 1 to 9.Then, at the last column 9,fill the number from 8 to 1 in descreasing manner on the right side of the number.Followed by time-tables 2,3,4 and so on.Finally the time-tables was done. 4.2 Magic Ruler by Pn Jamiah. She show the ruler that she prepared by herself.The process she showed for example is time-tables 3.She pointed to number 1 and at the bottom of ruler will show the answer is number 3.So, 1X3=3 and so on. 4.3 Magic Time-Tables by Pn Rahimah. She introduce this multiplication method in her class to improvise and making easy for the student.Because in traditional method of teaching multiplication,pupils must memorize the timetables but unfortunately not all the pupils can memorize it. The objectives are to make multiplication meaningful and fun,pupil unmemorize their time-tables but can solve the solving problems and this method making developing mathematical thinking.She guide the process to build the timetables.Firstly,using card A to build Odd Time-Tables and Card B to build Even Time-Tables.She explained step by step how to use the card until the time-tables done. 4.4 Simples Tables by Pn Saliza Pn Saliza explained to use hand or finger to taught to all students.Because for the weak student they cannot memorize and remember the multiplication tables.So some student particularly good at it.To use of handtechniques practices are lead by Pn Saliza. 4.5 Multiplication Pola by Pn Salihah. She showed number 0 to 9 around the circle.Then the arrow for showing the multiplication moving.For examples time-tables 2, count in twos.(Start from 0 move the arrow and count 1,2.stop at number 2 and count again 3,4 and stop at number 4 and so on then until number the arrow showing number 0 put 1 before 0.so it become 10.)She continue to use a Model of Multiplication Pola. 5.Activities decide by group. All members voting to decide the programme and all agreed to choose Magic Time-Tables.

6.design of brochure. The brochure must have an objectives,target,members of project and the expenses of the programme.Pn Saliza will do the draft firstand after all members satisfied she will print out. 7.Other matters 7.1 Pn Saliha want the project will be done after two weeks start from now. 7.2 She want Pn rahimah to prepared the feedback form before the programme began. 8.The Chairperson summarized the decisions made at the meeting and thanked the committee members for having worked so hard for this school. The meeting was adjourned at 10.30 p.m with vote of thanks to the chair.
