All players must be in their shorts and unit uniform.

Players are however discouraged to wear maong pants, maong shorts, cargo shorts, or any of the same kind. No shoes, no play policy shall be strictly observed. All players are entitled equal exposure throughout the game. Due to scarcity of players for basketball men-bracket A & volleyball menbracket a, some players for aforementioned events are allowed to play on both games provided they will follow strictly the guidelines given. Once a player played both basketball and volleyball, he is no longer allowed to play other games. Single round robin Participation during the fun run will be treated as individuals ac tivity. Medals will be awarded to the top three of each category-elementary, high school, community and senior citizens. Names of players must be submitted before the start of the games. Players should observe all safety measures during the game. No unit uniform, no play. Players are always encouraged to be always aware of the game schedules. Players must be on the playing area within 5 minutes after the final call for the game. Failure to report within that period will mean default; the team present will be declared as the winner. 2 minutes warm-up is given to each team. Discipline of players is highly observed and appreciated during the games.

I) BASKETBALL MEN (BRACKET A & BRACKET B) A. Bracket A-third and Fourth year levels B. Bracket B-Grade 7 & Grade 8 Levels C. To give all basketball players equal chances, there should be different players in every quarter in case there are more than 20 players in a team. If there are more than 15 but less than 20 players, teams may choose the best players to complete the 5 players for the fourth quarter. (Ex. If there are 17 listed players, the two players who did not yet play in any of the three quarters shall be joined by three others preferred by the team coach. D. A player may be substituted if the player volunteers and not forced to be substituted. II) BASKETBALL WOMEN A. There must be different players in every quarter. However, should there be a need for substitution; substitutes must be those who have not played yet. B. Players will come from Grade 7 to Fourth Year level. III) VOLLEYBALL MEN (BRACKET A & BRACKET B) A. Bracket A-third and Fourth year levels B. Bracket B-Grade 7 & Grade 8 Levels C. There must be different players in each set. In case there are more than 12 players in every unit, substitution should be done when all the players in the team have served, and when the game has reached half of the total score. D. In case there are less than 12 players, players from first set may complete the second set. The second set players who did not play in the first set should not be substituted unless there are emergencies. IV) VOLLEYBALL WOMEN A. There must be different players in each set. In case there are more than 12 players in every unit, substitution should be done when all

the players in the team have served, and when the game has reached half of the total score. B. In case there are less than 12 players, players from first set may complete the second set. The second set players who did not play in the first set should not be substituted unless there are emergencies. C. Players will come from Grade 7 to the Fourth year class. V) SEPAK TAKRAW A. Single round robin B. Team must be composed of 6 players. 3 players per Regu. C. 21 points scoring system is followed in each set. To be declared winner in a regu, 2 sets must be won by the opposite team. To be declared winner of the game, 2 regus must be won by the competing teams. D. A 2-point advantage score of each competing teams must be observed to win the set limited to 27 points only. E. In case the team reaches decision game in each regu, 15 points (limited to 21 points) is observed on the 3rd set to determine the winner of that regu. F. Flexibility on game schedule should be highly observed by players. VI) INDOOR GAMES A. Table Tennis i. Players of singles both for men & women will not be allowed to play for the doubles. B. Darts i. Players for singles are not allowed to play for the doubles. C. Chess D. Scrabble E. Badminton i. Players for singles are not allowed to play for the doubles. ii. Rally point scoring system will be followed. F. Word factory

I) Team Composition A. A team shall be composed of 25 members including spotters. Any member of the unit is qualified to join. Members may come from any year level. No outsider trainer is allowed to train any team. II) Team Uniform A. All players must wear their official uniform during the competition. III) Tournament format A. Each team is given 10-12 minutes of performance, including entrance and exit. B. Only two layered-pyramids are allowed. IV) Sanctions A. Technical infarctions-disqualifications from the competition B. Unsportsmanlike conduct-suspension depending on the severity of the act V) General safety guidelines A. Use of mini tramps, spring boards or any height increasing apparatus is not permitted. B. Only the following props are allowed: flags, banners, megaphones, pompons, signs and pieces of cloth. C. Flags and banners with poles or similar support apparatus may not be used in conjunction with a tunt of tumbling. D. Uniforms must be appropriate for cheerleading. No baggy clothes, pockets, hoods, ies, aprons, bibs or alippery materials allowed. E. Jewelry of all kinds is prohibited. This includes earrings, nose, tongue and belly button rings, necklaces and pins or uniforms. Jewelry is not allowed to be taped or covered. F. Medical items such as hearing aids and the like may not be worn during the performance. G. Physical guards such as knee support straps or wrist guards are allowed. VI) Criteria for Judging
