The training department is pleased to announce the Third Quarter Calendar for 2009. Looking back at
the previous quarter, we are pleased to let you know that we have successfully launched and will
continue to implement the following initiatives.
To better equip our new agents in selling in these challenging times, we have successfully
implemented the second and final phase of the Enhanced Basic L.I.F.E. program.
The new model now focuses on Skills Development and mastery of the Sales Process. This is
achieved through the introduction of new content and drill sessions in the critical steps of the Initial
Interview and Closing Interview.
The Quality Business Training launched last May will continue to be offered monthly for Sales
Associates struggling in the area of Conservation. This is in support of the company wide initiative
called Cons Watch Club.
We are now entering the third full circle of the 12-Week Follow Up Session (FUS). We ask for your
continued support to push the newly contracted agents for 2009 to join the learning sessions as
these give us a chance to also monitor the attendees’ activities on a weekly basis. Passports
distributed will now contain the schedule of the 12-week program.
The Jump Start session has shown statistical success throughout its offerings. The module’s aim is
to shift the agent’s paradigm to that of Entrepreneur by focusing on activities as their capital in
building a profitable business. This program is exclusively offered to sales associates in the 2-
Month Zero (2MZ) category that need the extra push during these trying times.
Agency Training unveils its first Advanced Course offering for Sales Associates with tenure of 1
year and above.
Estate Planning 101 is a comprehensive program that aims to equip Sales Associates with the
expertise needed to successfully position our products and services as an effective tool for Estate
Conservation and Creation.
This includes a comprehensive discussion on Philippine Succession and Tax Laws, Vehicles in
building and conserving an Estate, and introduction of new tools and ideas that can be used in
Estate Planning Presentations.
The Agency Training department will continue with its mission to deliver relevant and responsive training
systems that aim to develop a highly productive and professional agency force.
Watch out for new courses and Variable Life Follow-Up sessions lined up for the fourth quarter!
