1.Tools and dies to be used exclusively for production of Panasonic Products. 2. The supplier shall establish and maintain documented procedures for the control of verification, storage and maintenance of Panasonic supplied product provided for incorporation into the supplies or for related activities. Any such product that is modified, lost, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for use shall be recorded and reported to customer. Verification by Panasonic does not absolve the supplier of the responsibility to provide acceptable product. 3. Any damage to tools and dies due to negligence at Seller is Sellers sole responsibility. 4. Upon request by Panasonic tools and dies must be returned/disposed 5. Seller to provide tool performance report every year upon request. Performance report shall include, tool usage, maintenance, modification, location of tool and quality issues within company.
