    Data Gathering Procedure Respondents are newly hired engineers of MERALCO for the past business year of 2013

    . The data for the research were collected using a survey questionnaire. The survey was created using individual questions formed by the researchers. The survey was comprised of ____ logically arranged questions, which were related to respondents personal information and perception regarding the hiring and recruitment process in MERALCO. The researchers assured confidentiality of respondents survey sheets. The researchers also understood that peoples consciousness may also affect their honesty and effectiveness in answering the survey, and so, the researchers gave the respondents the option of being anonymous.
