About your booking

About arriving at the airport
Youll need to present this confirmation together with the documents required for your journey and acceptance at your final destination.
If youre under 16, youll need to be accompanied by an adult. This adult must be travelling with you on the same booking reference.
If you dont have baggage to check-in, you can proceed directly to the hand baggage desk.
About hand baggage
Each passenger can take one piece of hand baggage, but it must not weigh more than 7 kg or be larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm. You can also take a small laptop bag or handbag.
The weight and size of your hand baggage will be checked to ensure it can be placed in the overhead locker or safely under the seat directly in front of you.
Oversized hand baggage can be checked into the aircraft hold (subject to space being available) at the applicable per kilo rate.
About checked baggage
Bags can be checked-in from 3 hours to 60 minutes before you depart. If your baggage isnt checked-in more than 60 minutes before take-off, youll not be allowed to take it.
Whether youve purchased a 20 kg, a 30 kg or a 40 kg checked baggage allowance, you can check-in up to three pieces, but the combined weight of all pieces must not exceed your pre-purchased checked baggage allowance,
and no single piece should be larger than 75 cm x 55 cm x 35 cm or weigh more than 32 kg.
If youve not pre-purchased a checked baggage allowance (or exceed your pre-purchased checked baggage allowance), subject to availability, youll be charged the applicable per kilo rate at the airport.
Checked baggage can be pre-purchased at a discount up to 4 hours before you depart at flydubai.com or through the call centre.
About arriving on time
You must be at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure.
The flydubai hand baggage desk and the flydubai bag drop desk both close 60 minutes before departure.
Dont forget, it can take up to 30 minutes to pass through immigration and security, and you must be at the departure gate no later than 45 minutes before take-off.
If youre late, flydubai cannot allow you to travel and no alternative travel or refund will be offered.

If your booking was paid for with someone elses credit card, flydubai will ask to see a photocopy of the front of the card and the cardholders passport.
If the card or photocopies cannot be produced at the airport, you will not be allowed to travel and no refund will be offered.
Please note that a credit card cannot be used to pay on behalf of someone else travelling to or from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Sudan.
