OCR-SUMMER 2011-TIMETABLE June 2011, GCE A-Levels Etc
OCR-SUMMER 2011-TIMETABLE June 2011, GCE A-Levels Etc
Final version of the timetable Changes made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in red. The examination dates for GCSE and Entry Level Certificate in June 2011 can be found on a separate timetable. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively, at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session. Leaving the examination Candidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hours duration, the candidates must remain under supervision for a period equal to the duration of the examination after the published starting time shown on the timetable. Timetable deviations
If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre
to inform all candidates affected by the alteration. Interboard Examinations Timetable The interboard examinations timetable contains dates for OCR, AQA, CCEA, Edexcel and WJEC examinations in GCSE, GCE, ELC, AEA and FSMQ. It is available via the OCR website www.ocr.org.uk, and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information. Upon entering the OCR website select Exams Officers and then General Qualifications to reach the link to the Interboard Examinations Timetable.
