Collaboration Agreement

I, Holden Catlett, (herein after also referred to as “The Writer”)

on___________, agree to license to Salisbury University and its assignees,
(hereinafter referred to as “The Producer”) the screenplay, “The Development
of My Expertise”, for production into a motion picture film.

Holden Catlett further certifies that he has not entered into any other such
agreement with any other party that will infringe upon the rights
hereto granted to the Producer by the terms of this agreement.

Holden Catlett also acknowledge as fact that, until setting his pen to this
agreement, that he controls the full rights to the script “The Development of
My Expertise” and does not share control or obligation with any other party.

Holden Catlett agrees that the final script used in the production of
the film will be a collaboration between himself and the producer, with
Holden Catlett exercising final editing rights. The title credit that
will appear in the film shall read "Screenplay by Holden Catlett."
The producer agrees to pay 3(three) percent of all royalties following the
production of the film to Holden Catlett for his writing and scripting.

It is further understood that with the signatures below, the producer,

has exclusively acquired, through the original right owner Holden Catlett,
the right to direct, film, edit, produce, and promote the film tentatively
entitled “The Development of My Expertise” without any restriction whatsoever
as long as the producer fulfills the contractual obligations agreed hereto.
