To ensure the magazines include all articles and other information as planned To ensure timel! su"mission of and complete and correct materials for the magazines

JOB RESPONSIBILITITES:
Plans and maintains schedules for pu"lications #oordinates $ith %arious parties regarding su"mission of articles and images #reates articles "ased on editorial line up &rites' edits and conceptualizes material for the assigned magazine and super%ises in all matters pertaining to the creation and production of the assigned magazine Plans and coordinates acti%ities of editorial group Plans $hich feature $ill appear on the assigned magazine Researches features(sections Maintains the theme of the magazine Attends photo shoots #oordinates re%ie$ of moc) ups and proofs #oordinates $ith art directors and production regarding format' feel' and images for e%er! issue #oordinates editorial $or) $ith the sales staff so the! can sell the magazine and sell it properl! *elps conceptualize e%ents' promos' contests and special sponsora"le content' and assists the sales staff in the presentation of these to clients and agencies if needed Studies the mar)et feed"ac) and the current reader demographics to ma)e sure goals are "eing achie%ed Anal!zes and studies the pre%ious issue and continuall! impro%e on it Represents the compan! in %arious +un)ets Attends meetings' seminars' conferences and trade fairs as ma!"e deemed necessar!
