2. Please notify the NCVMS organizers if there are any food limitations/restrictions for the listed/confirmed participants and send the names of the person/s and their restrictions at rj08mosaso@yahoo.com.ph or rj08mosaso@gmail.com on or

before February 7, 2014.

3. Please read the NCVMS constitution in advanced. It is required that at least 1 student per school should be present during the Plenary Sessions/NCVMS ratification. 4. We encourage your arrival on February 12, 2014. The Trees hostel, where you will be lodging in, will accept the participants by February 12, 1pm. We will have an orientation at the night of February 12, 7 to 9pm. Aside from that, the hostel is in Upper Campus and it is difficult to find transportation late at night. 5. Before you check in, buy everything you need to buy. Again, the hostel is far from commercial establishments. Also, we will serve meals the following day. 6. Before the opening, we will be having a parade. Please bring a College/University banner and also we encourage that you should be in a college shirt or any uniform colored shirt to be easily identified. 7. Bring School I.D. 8. For incumbent NCVMS Officers, be in Formal Attire (barong/filipiana) during the opening. 9. For those that you will be nominating as your student representative for the new NCVMS officers, we need an endorsement letter from your student council/government or from your Dean/College Secretary. The letter should be given before February 15, 2014. 10. Bring jackets/sweater. Thank you very much. See you at 10th NCVMS annual convention.
