1.  Purchase an E-M1 camera body and the accessory of your choice between 9/10/13 and 12/2/13. 2.  Go to olympus.rebateaccess.com and click on Promotion #51344, OM-D E-M1 Accessory Giveaway (USA). 3.  Fill out and print the on-line registration form for this promotion. 4.  Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC code from the product packaging. Two UPC codes are required - one from the camera box and one from the accessory box. Photocopies of the UPC will be denied. 5.  Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or packaging slip dated between 9/10/13 and 12/2/13. 6.  Keep a photocopy of all submitted paperwork for your records. 7.  Mail all of these items to the address noted on the registration form. Submisson must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2013.
