JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Document import and export shipments 2) Assist the Warehouse Manger, in sourcing and evaluation of summer warehouse staff 3) Prepare schedules, rate spreadsheets to analyze previous years business and prepare for the 2013 summer season The companys busiest season of the year is during the months of July and August. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with airlines, ocean carriers and customers on a direct daily basis.

The Associate Planning Analyst Co-op will work with various members of the Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery (EID) team to assist in planning and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects that contribute to EIDs success.

Theyre self-motivated individuals that demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving and analysis. Responsibilities Update reports, databases and diagrams that contain project information (resourcing, timelines, costs etc.) and contact the appropriate people to confirm accuracy of information provided Participate in a variety of tasks required to effectively execute the planning process Document processes and procedures surrounding the planning process Administer the teams SharePoint site (access rights, currency) Provide periodic status reporting on all tasks (weekly, monthly, quarterly), as well as ad hoc reporting as required Draft and/or contribute to supporting materials used by ISD Assist the project execution team with the delivery of complex project tasks within strict timelines as required

The Vancouver Operations Business Analyst co-op will work with all Vancouver operations staff, in conjunction with applying analytical and technical abilities to operational data obtained through the GPS chassis tracking initiative. As a member of the Vancouver operations team, you will be required to participate on a number of strategic and tactical efforts. Most of your responsibilities will require a good understanding of supply chain concepts and related IT enablers. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of team process documentation that demonstrates due diligence and compliance.
