A.4 Yes sir I can load, because which is test at the lab not in the hold n to determine the characteristic of cargo, according yr
picture which angle is more than 35 in the hold is less space to shift in the hold sir. He did not tell me anything, I do not
know correct or not which is only my knowledge.

Q.5. According to my answer he asks me IMDG code, (because during my explaining about BC, if cargo is under IMDG, I'll
refer to IMDG sir).

General Questions- What is different pre stowage plan n stowage plan.

- What is the PSC n FSC

- How u take the Hand over

- How U do when you are going to anchor after sailing long day at sea

I explained Pre stowage plan which is for laoding n should be make b4 load as per stab: bk let n capacty plan, stowage plan
is not for over carrige n over land the cargo when discharging.

PSC is inspection to Foreign vsl which should be complied nation n international rules if not, they will detained n also they
can inspection to officer n crew their competent

then he no more ask about FSC.


I can explain hand over procedure

I can explain anchor stantion procedure, He ask me if depth of water is so deep what u consider, I said, let go the anchor by
power.
