September 23rd September 28th 2013, Warsaw, Poland Workshop reference number: 2013-1-PL1-GRU13-38907 PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR ACCEPTED CANDIDATES Dates: September 23rd - September 28th 2013 Arrival day: September 22nd 2013 Departure day: September 29th 2013 Place of the workshop: (all participation costs will be covered by Meritum) Meritum School, 21 Poleczki Str. Travel (you buy the tickets, we refund the costs) You are asked to make the reservation of two-way ticket and send to us until August 24th the following information: 1. arrival date on your ticket should be September 22nd 2. departure date on your ticket should be September 29th 3. two-way ticket cost should be realistic, economic, not too expensive, in a case of air ticket you should choose economic class and cheaper option. After receiving the information mentioned above we will send you until August 26th the confirmation that you can pay by yourself for chosen ticket (or, in a case of too expensive travel cost we would suggest another solution). After arriving to our school, showing us your tickets and your boarding passes we will refund the travel costs to you. Please, notice, that only in a case of complying with the solutions above we will be able to refund the travel costs to you.
